The Institute of Art and Design will be hosting the state finals of New Hampshire Writers’ Project Three Minute Fiction Slam competition. The contest is a fast paced literary competition that challenges writers to perform original pieces of fiction in three minutes or less in front of a panel of judges. The event is free and open to the public.
At the competition writers take turns presenting original flash fiction pieces that are shorter than three minutes in length. After each writer is finished, judges provide them with a score and verbal feedback. At the end of the night, the contestant with the highest score wins. The competition’s winner goes on to present at the 603 Writers' Conference.
