During the summer, New England College offers safe, convenient and affordable housing in Manchester, NH, for both students and interns. Our residence halls are conveniently located in downtown with easy access to all that Manchester has to offer. We offer summer housing between May 17, 2021 and July 30, 2021. The Hampshire: 11 Walnut Street, Manchester, NH 03104
Both Institute Hall and The Hampshire offer air-conditioned single occupancy rooms. All rooms are different in shape, size and square footage. Bathrooms are shared/common. A lounge and kitchen are available in each building. Utilities are included (hot water, electric, Wi-Fi, laundry facility, and cable in the lounge). You may have mail delivered to the Mailroom at:

The Mailroom is open from 9 am – 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Move-In and Checkout appointments can be scheduled during business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Move-In and Checkout appointments are not offered during weekends or on holidays. As you review the residence hall accommodations, please note:
- Room availability is limited and subject to change
- All residence halls are coed
- All rooms are furnished with twin extra-long beds, desks, dressers, and chairs
- Some rooms may have more than one set of furniture; furniture cannot be removed from the room
- Bathrooms are common/shared
- Residents must supply their own personal items and cooking supplies, including cookware
- Residents are not permitted to bring their own furniture
- All NEC residence halls are smoke-free and substance free
Residents who choose to live within New England College (NEC) housing must abide by the policies found in the NEC student handbook.
Rates & Payment 2021 Intern Housing Prices:
$400.00 Deposit
$200.00 Per Week
There is a four-week minimum rental. Additional weeks may be requested at $200 per week. All rent payments are due at least one week prior to move-in.
