MFA and MAT Refund Policy

Actual refund percentage depends on the official date of formal withdrawal.

Course Withdrawal Policy

  • 1st Week of Classes Withdrawal: Student is refunded 80% of the course and pays 20% of the course cost
  • 2nd Week of Classes Withdrawal: Student is refunded 50% of the course and pays 50% of the course cost
  • 3rd-5th Week of Classes Withdrawal: Student is refunded 0% of the course and pays 100% of the course cost
  • 6th-7th Week of Classes Withdrawal: Students are not permitted to withdraw from their course during these weeks. Students will remain enrolled and receive a grade at the conclusion of the term

 

Additional Fees and Penalties for MFA and MAT students

Late Payment Fee: All accounts 30 days or more in arrears are subject to a late payment fee of $200 per term and 1.5% per month, equivalent to 19.56% annual percentage rate.
Culminating Fee: $300

In addition to the above costs, we recommend that each student allow for additional expenditures for supplies and books.

Students concerned with paying tuition and fees costs are strongly encouraged to complete the FAFSA at fafsa.ed.gov. Our school code is 002579. Federal loans are available to qualifying students.
